1COCO specializes in fresh young Thai coconuts containing naturally occurring coconut water.

Because our products are natural, individual coconuts may vary in size, appearance, sweetness, water content, and flavor.

These variations are normal characteristics of fresh produce and do not necessarily indicate a product defect.

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately. However, photographs and descriptions are illustrative, and natural variations may occur.

We reserve the right to modify our product offerings, packaging, and availability without prior notice, except where notice is required by law.

3. PERISHABLE PRODUCTS & FOOD SAFETY

IMPORTANT: 1COCO products are fresh and perishable.

Customers are responsible for following the storage and handling instructions supplied with their orders.

Upon delivery, customers should retrieve their products promptly, refrigerate them as directed, and handle them in accordance with our freshness recommendations.

Fresh coconut products should not be consumed if they display signs of spoilage, including unusual odors, visible mold, leaking, or other indications that they may be unsafe.

Customers should use appropriate coconut-opening equipment and exercise care when opening coconuts.

Failure to follow recommended storage or handling instructions may affect product quality, freshness, and safety.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices displayed on our website are in US dollars (USD), unless otherwise indicated.

We reserve the right to change product prices, promotions, and availability at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already accepted, except as otherwise agreed or permitted by law.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Because 1COCO sells fresh, perishable coconuts, we prioritize expedited shipping to preserve product freshness.

Where specified at checkout, orders are shipped using overnight or next-day delivery services.

Overnight or next-day delivery refers to the estimated transit period after dispatch, not necessarily the day following order placement.

Order processing, fulfillment schedules, shipping availability, and delivery estimates may vary depending on location, order timing, weekends, holidays, and carrier availability.

We will provide applicable shipping charges and estimated delivery information before checkout.

While we make reasonable efforts to meet the advertised shipping timeframe, delays may occur.

If we cannot ship an order within the promised timeframe, we will provide the applicable notice, cancellation options, and refunds required by law.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

8. SUBSCRIPTIONS & AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

1COCO may offer recurring product subscriptions through our Subscribe & Save program.

Eligible subscriptions currently offer a 15% discount, with weekly or biweekly delivery options.

By enrolling in a subscription and affirmatively accepting the recurring-payment terms presented at checkout, you authorize 1COCO to charge your selected payment method automatically according to the frequency and pricing disclosed at enrollment until you cancel.

The recurring charge, billing frequency, applicable taxes, shipping costs, and cancellation terms will be clearly disclosed before you subscribe.

Managing or canceling your subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the online subscription management method made available to you or by contacting contact@1coco.co.

Cancellation will stop future recurring charges. Orders already processed or dispatched remain subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer rights.

Any applicable order-processing deadlines must be clearly disclosed before purchase and must not interfere with your legal right to cancel future renewals.
